Rhinoplasty is a cosmetic nose surgery that alters the shape, size and proportion of your nose. It is a complex procedure and requires the highest level of skill from your plastic surgeon. During the surgical procedure, you will be administered local or general anesthesia to ensure that you don’t feel any pain during the operation. After reshaping the structure of your nose, your surgeon will close the incision with stitches.

After the surgery, patients must rest for a few days to avoid any heavy physical activity. They should use cold compresses on the face to reduce swelling and take prescribed medications. In addition, patients must avoid rubbing the nose and should keep it elevated when sleeping.
