A 3 Piece stainless steel ball valve is ideal for many applications that require regular cleaning. The three separate parts of the valve are held together by bolts making it easy to disassemble, clean and reassemble. This is especially helpful for applications that are contaminated or contain hazardous materials.

These valves are designed with double body seals, which helps to prevent leakage. The stem seal is a combination of a PTFE thrust washer and a PEEK packing protector. These elements are standard in all Triad Series valves and provide fire safe protection. The valve also features a built-in ISO 5211 mounting pad for easy automation; and anti-static devices for the ball-stem-body.

Electric actuated ball valves are controlled by an actuator which converts electrical energy into mechanical torque to rotate the valve shaft and position the valve. This positioning control is achieved via an internal closed loop feedback system that monitors and maintains the valve position regardless of loss of power.
